As a young man Jeff Henderson did ten years in prison for dealing drugs, but he found a passion for cooking while he was behind bars.  Once released he changed the course of his life.  Eventually he became Executive Chef at Café Bellagio in Las Vegas and wrote a best-selling book, soon to be a major motion picture starring Will Smith.  Chef Jeff’s next challenge: six at-risk youth headed in the wrong direction.  Chef Jeff mentors them in the kitchen to give them a new shot at life.  Can they stay the course and turn their lives around?
